Memphis Hustle acquire Mark Tyndale

The Memphis Hustle, the Grizzlies’ NBA G League affiliate, today announced that the team has acquired guard Mark Tyndale. The team obtained Tyndale’s rights by selecting him in the eighth round of the 2017 NBA G League Expansion Draft.

Tyndale (6-5, 210), played four seasons at Temple University (2004-08), has spent parts of five seasons in the NBA G League and has also played professionally in Australia, Germany, Sweden, Ukraine, Israel and Greece. Most recently, Tyndale appeared in 39 games (22 starts) for the Reno Bighorns last season, averaging 3.5 points, 5.8 rebounds, 3.4 assists and 1.31 steals in 24.8 minutes per game while shooting 51.0 percent from the field.
