Memphis Hustle complete trade with Canton Charge

The Memphis Hustle, the Grizzlies’ NBA G League affiliate, today acquired the returning player rights to Jordan Mathews and a 2019 Second Round Draft Pick (via Raptors 905) in exchange for Chance Comanche.

Mathews (6-4, 203) has appeared in 14 games (13 starts) this season with Team FOG Naestved of the Danish Basketligaen, averaging 19.7 points, 4.2 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.50 steals in 27.9 minutes per game while shooting 51.8 percent overall, 44.7 percent from three-point range and 77.3 percent from the free throw line. Last season, the Gonzaga product played in 48 games (11 starts) for the NBA G League’s Erie Bayhawks and averaged 8.8 points, 2.1 rebounds and 1.2 assists in 20.4 minutes per game.

Comanche (6-10, 210) played in 45 games (14 starts) last season with the Hustle, averaging 9.2 points and 5.7 rebounds in 18.4 minutes per game.
