Memphis Hustle complete trade with South Bay Lakers

Hustle Acquire Returning Rights to David Stockton In Exchange for Returning Rights to Dusty Hannahs

 

Memphis, Tenn. – The Memphis Hustle today announced that the organization has completed a trade with the South Bay Lakers, acquiring the returning player rights to David Stockton in exchange for the returning player rights to Dusty Hannahs.

 

Stockton (5-11, 165) appeared in 27 games (21 starts) last season with South Bay, averaging 15.3 points, 2.6 rebounds, 6.9 assists and 1.2 steals in 26.4 minutes per game while shooting 45.6 percent overall, 30.6 percent from 3-point range and 85.3 percent from the free-throw line. Stockton appeared in three games for the Utah Jazz (2017-18) and three games for the Sacramento Kings (2014-15), holding career NBA averages of 3.0 points and 1.5 assists in 7.1 minutes per game.

 

Hannahs (6-3, 210) appeared in 37 games (24 starts) with the Hustle in 2019-20, averaging 21.4 points, 2.2 rebounds and 2.1 assists rebounds in 30.9 minutes per game. Hannahs appeared in five career games for the Memphis Grizzlies and holds averages of 5.0 points and 1.3 rebounds in 9.8 minutes per game.
