HUSTLE SPLIT BACK-TO-BACK WITH LOSS TO REMIX

Memphis, Tenn. – The Memphis Hustle (12-13), the NBA G League affiliate of the Memphis Grizzlies, were defeated 137-111 by the Rip City Remix (14-10) to split the back-to-back set in Portland.

DeJon Jarreau led the Hustle with 29 points, seven rebounds and six assists. Lucas Williamson scored 15 points off the bench. Loudon Love added 14 points. Adonis Arms contributed 13 points and eight rebounds.

Kevin Knox II paced Rip City with 33 points and nine rebounds. Alex Reese added 28 points and nine rebounds off the bench. Taze Moore contributed 22 points and seven assists.

Rip City opened the game on a 22-9 run and led by as many as 32 in the second half.

The Remix made 19 3-pointers, shooting 44.9 percent from beyond the arc. Rip City outrebounded the Hustle 54-40 and scored 20 points off turnovers.

The Hustle road trip continues as Memphis heads to El Segundo, California, for a two-game set against the South Bay Lakers on Thursday, March 7, at 9 p.m. CT.
