Memphis Hustle announce 2021-22 broadcast schedule

Memphis, Tenn. – The Memphis Hustle today announced the broadcast schedule for the 2021-22 Showcase Cup and regular season. The Hustle open play in the first-ever 14-game Showcase Cup tomorrow, Nov. 5, against Mexico City Capitanes at 7 p.m. on NBAGLeague.com. The Hustle will tip-off regular season play on Thursday, Dec. 30, at Rio Grande Valley at 7:30 p.m. on ESPN+.

 

All Hustle games at Landers Center this season will be called by Eli Savoie and Jon Roser. Savoie returns for his fourth season as the play-by-play voice of the Memphis Hustle, while Roser enters his fourth season as the color commentator and his fifth season overall on the Hustle broadcast. Notably, the Hustle will have two games broadcasted nationally on NBATV, including a matchup against Mexico City Capitanes on Sunday, Nov. 7, at 2 p.m. inside Landers Center. Memphis will also host the reigning NBA G League Champion Lakeland Magic on NBATV on Sunday, Dec. 5, at 2 p.m.

 

NBAGLeague.com and ESPN+ will broadcast 46 of the Hustle’s 48 games, including two road games against NBA G League expansion team Birmingham Squadron on Monday, Dec. 13, at 7 p.m. on NBAGLeague.com, and Tuesday, Dec. 14, at 7 p.m. on ESPN+. Additionally, the team will host its fourth annual Financial Literacy Education Day Game, presented by Renasant Bank, on Thursday, Feb. 10, at 10:30 a.m. against their Midwest Division rival Iowa Wolves on NBAGLeague.com. The month of February features a season-long, seven-game home stand, beginning with the Financial Literacy Education Day Game on Feb. 10, and culminating with a tilt vs. the Sioux Falls Skyforce on Saturday, Feb. 26 at 7 p.m. on NBAGLeague.com. The schedule features a total of 10 back-to-backs and a season-long, seven-game road trip from March 2-13.

 

The broadcast information for the Hustle’s two games at the 2021-22 NBA G League Showcase in Las Vegas will be announced at a later date.
