Memphis Hustle announce roster additions

Milwaukee Bucks Guard Sam Merrill and Dallas Mavericks Guard Tyrell Terry Flex-Assigned to Hustle

 

Memphis, Tenn. – The Memphis Hustle, the Grizzlies’ NBA G League affiliate, today announced that Milwaukee Bucks guard Sam Merrill and Dallas Mavericks guard Tyrell Terry have been flex-assigned to the team for their NBA G League single-site season in Orlando, Fla.

 

Merrill (6-4, 205) has appeared in nine games for Milwaukee this season, totaling 14 points, 10 assists and 10 rebounds in 6.1 minutes per game while shooting 40 percent from the floor and 50 percent from 3-point range. The Bountiful, Utah native appeared in 132 career games (118 starts) for Utah State and averaged 19.7 points, 3.6 rebounds and 3.6 assists in 35 minutes per game during his senior season in 2019-20.

 

Terry (6-2, 170) has appeared in 11 games for Dallas this season, totaling 11 points, six assists and six rebounds in 5.1 minutes per game. The Minneapolis, Minn., native earned Pac-12 All-Freshman Team honors in 2019-20 while averaging 14.6 points, 4.5 rebounds and 3.2 assists in 32.6 minutes per game as a freshman at Stanford.

 

The Hustle roster now stands at 14 players.
