How do I renew my season tickets?

Online Renewal – Renewing your Memphis Hustle Season Ticket Membership is easier than ever with Mobile Renewal. Simply use your smartphone and follow the steps below:

Over the phone: Contact your Account Executive directly or call 901-888-HOOP and press 4. 

Print your online invoice and mail with payment to:

Direct Withdrawal – Stop writing checks and fussing with postage. Put your payments on autopilot and sign up for direct withdrawal. Using your checking or savings account, you can electronically pay your invoice. Simply choose your payment option on your invoice and enter the applicable banking information. It’s that simple.

Remember, the deadline to guarantee your seats is April 12, 2024.

What are my payment options? 

Option 1: Pay in full by April 12, 2024

Option 2: Pay in three installments with first payment due by April 12, 2024

Option 3: Choose a monthly payment plan with first payment due by April 12, 2024.

Choose for payments to be made on either the 15th or 30th of each month.

Can I upgrade my season tickets for the 2024/25 season? 

As a renewing Memphis Hustle Season Ticket Member, you have the opportunity to upgrade your seats prior to the general public. Please contact your Account Executive for more information.

Can I add additional seats to my account? 

As a renewing Memphis Hustle Season Ticket Member, you have the opportunity to purchase additional seats prior to the sale of Season Tickets to the general public. Please contact your Account Executive for more information.

What happens if I don’t make my initial payment? 

All Season Ticket Members must make a payment by the April 12th renewal deadline in order to secure their seats for the 2024/25 season. If the payment is not made by the deadline, your seats will be subject to cancellation in order to upgrade new and existing Season Ticket Members.

How do I receive my season ticket member renewal gift? 

All renewing Season Ticket Members will be eligible to receive a complimentary Season Ticket Member gift, which will be made available for pickup beginning in October, prior to the start of the 2024/25 regular season.
